Barnardo's

Used to be a 2-3 store and they would have sales on every now and then. Its ok and you can find some nice clothes. Not much in the way of toys or knick knacks bricka brack to be honest. But its ok

A great charity shop with lots of choice. The staff are very friendly and always serve you with a smile. Would recommend to anybody.

Absolutely 5 * charity shop ...lovely friendly staff ...very approachable and always willing to help ....excellent atmosphere ...bargains galore ...cant recommend highly enough

Very poor service and extremely rude. Manager is the worst! Ignored me today when I was at the counter to make a purchase. Stood and waited but when she eventually looked out of the storeroom and saw me went back in. Not a problem with me as I just left. It's the charity that suffers with that kind of attitude. How many more customers does she do that to and how much money is lost? I have been told she takes a similar attitude with other customers. I spend thousands of pounds each year in charity shops and a portion if that is being thrown away. It is a good job that not all managers in Bernados are that way inclined or the charity would fail.
