Received a friendly and professional welcome. Warm room with a calm, soothing energy and relaxing music. Had a brief initial consultation of my lifestyle so Emily could tailor the massage to suit my aches, pains and tension. Quickly felt comfortable and then the massage was out of this world! Perfect balance of pressure, gentleness and techniques that made my aches and tension feel noticeably lighter immediately. Half hour of bliss! Would definitely recommend this to anyone, and can't wait to go myself again, maybe to work on different areas or for longer next time.
