Superb service every time. I run a local small catering business and I frequently use City B Group to service my events. Their products are bullet proof. Combined with excellent customer service. They are a huge identity within the events industry but they still have time and knowledge to help and assists a business/customer of any size. Cant recommend them enough. Keep up the good work. Last week we took delivery of 2 3X4.5 Popups from city B group. We have always used a different company for our Popups over the last 15 years this time we decided to change over to a different company. From the very start city b group was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. On receiving our delivery only 24 hours after paying. We was happy, on opening I personal was happy with the build quality. Today we have gone to work with the 2 new units and Im very impressed. I needed to purchase a bespoke canopy for a hot tub cover on a pergola ! This company were amazing .. they had pictures And sizes from Me and the finished product was delivered by hand this morning .. every step of the way they kept me informed of the process would highly recommend
