Awful "company" to deal with, non-existent customer service. Placed an order, chased almost daily for over a month, staff seemingly unable or deliberately unwilling to deal with simple requests. They ended up refusing to supply me and cancelled my order. From reading all the other 1* reviews it seems they are a dodgy outfit, recommend to avoid!

Scam! Stay clear. Ordered tile trim two weeks ago, paid a steep 12 for 1-3 day postage for it not to have arrived. Emailed three times without any update or response. I have had to try and go through PayPal for a refund but they have only refunded me half. Dont buy from this company as youre just chucking money away.

Shocking customer service, very nice on the phone but then never action what they promise. Their online payment system took money twice and no refund, I am 190 down and still don't have the correct product. I gave up in the end and had to go elsewhere - AVOID!

We have purchased products from this company several times over the last 5-6 years. We had no problems until recently. We made an order on the 8th of April. Due to an error on their website we ended up making the order 3 times and all 3 payments went through. we received 2 refunds after about a week. It is now nearly a month and we are still waiting. We have called 3 times over the last month to be told we would be called back but we have had no call. Sad to say they have lost a customer. I would not recommend Floor and Wall solutions.

Still waiting for order to be delivered and got charged 4 times the product price during the order process due to fault in website. Spoke with someone on phone twice in same week after many attempts at trying to contact and they promised to refund immediately on both occasions but still no refund. Sounds all rather dodgy doesnt it!
