Absolutely love the Emma Bridgewater factory. Been twice now to decorate in the studio and it's such a fab experience. Prices range from 8 there is a rather extravagant teapot for over 100! We painted two large mugs, a candle holder and a large plate and paid 55 The painting experience itself is very well laid out, all colour options you can think of and there's so many stamps to use it's not your average pottery painting studio. You can freehand if you like but the stamps range from letters and numbers to welly boots and spades so there really is something for everyone. Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. Grounds are suitable for access too and in the shop there is a stair lift for access. All pram friendly. The seconds shop is also a delight there's so much to look through and some great bargains. Yes the items are pricey but you really do get what you pay for the pottery lasts forever.

I love Emma Bridgewater pottery and visiting the factory shop when I'm in Stoke, it is 5 star. The cafe is quaint and has a nice selection of cakes. However, I was not impressed by the attitude of the server. When she brought the tea I ordered she wanted payment there & then. She said I had to pay in case I decided to get up and leave without paying. I have never been so insulted. If this is how they want to run the cafe then either have people order and pay before they sit like they used to or as in most other sit down places bring a receipt so people can pay after they have finished. But please insulting people like this is not the way to go about running a business!!

Loved this place! As a polka dot fan this was a fab day. Really good value for what we paid too. We did the breakfast experience day. Also loved Liam who led our factory tour. They were really fun, insightful and friendly which really made a difference. The tour was the part I didnt think Id enjoy as much, but actually this was where I found out so much about EB that I didnt know before! This just increased my love for the brand :)

Disappointed. A lot smaller than expected. If you want to watch displays you have to book in advance on line.
