I keep trying to get through to them on the 01782 number provided by Google only to receive an automated message that isn't in English and then the call being disconnected.

Never again, worse service from a company ever. Misleading rescheduling requests that I haven't made etc etc, the list goes on and on. Avoid at all costs

Cannot contact. Paid customs and ups charges they say I haven't. I have had trouble with them over every package delivered by them. Useless.

Dreadful. When collecting, allow time for at least 20 minutes of waiting/being messed around. Expect your parcels to arrive damaged in order to remove the disappointment on the day. Expect the staff to be incompetent rude, slow and uncaring. Other than that, it's not bad.

The person I saw at the customer counter was very helpful, but the reason I had to go up their was annoying because I had to drive 6 miles because I couldn't get phone contact to fine out why my parcel kept getting return to the depot even though their was never a knock at the door on 3 attempts to deliver, and I had to do this after staying up late in the morning after knight shifts.
