Yesterday, after being let down, I came here to buy a placque and have it engraved. The gentleman who served me was most helpful and polite. Even though he was busy doing other jobs, he assured me he would do it within 40 minutes. After a quick shop in Tesco I returned and true to his word, it was done. Thank you so much, you don't know what this meant to me and my family.

Only been here twice and both times the keys arent being cut properly. Went back to adjust the key, only to be served by a rude snobby woman, telling me to make sure to test the key myself before giving it to my cleaner. What difference would it make if it was me who used it first? The key is still half arsed and doesnt work. Trying to make it sound as if it was my problem that they cant do a proper job because they employ dim-wits. Sort yourselves out.
