Positive Ewe Coaching

I saw Hayley's post regarding the free 30 minutes session and I thought I would give it a go and work out my goal. Hayley has helped me to determine what my goal is. I am currently working on it and staying motivated. I do hope to achieve my goal. Thank you for listening and understanding! I appreciate your help.

Being coached by Hayley is honestly one of the best things that has happened to me. I was recommended Hayley at a time in my life when I needed it the most, but I didnt see that at the time myself. Confidence has always been an issue for me but I had recently lost a lot of confidence and become a recluse due to personal reasons. But the very first coaching session I had with Hayley left me feeling much more confident, positive and happier. I am no longer the person I was 3 months ago, I have grown and evolved as a person for the better with Hayleys coaching, support and guidance. Hayley would challenge me in various ways throughout the sessions and really get me thinking about things in my personal and professional life. She made me realise a lot in regards to where I was, where I am and where I want to be. Her sessions were never rushed and she would always take her time to listen to and understand everything I had to say, as well as, pick up on my emotions. Not only is Hayley very professional, she put me at ease straight away and I could see she coaches from the heart and cares a lot. I see her more as a friend then a coach and that in itself says a lot! I know in myself that I have changed and grown as a person and am so proud of who I have become over the past 3 months - but it wouldnt have been possible without Hayleys coaching. I would really recommend Hayley to anyone who feels like they need coaching in regards to any aspect in their personal or professional life. Its coaching with a human touch that has made all the difference.
