I just want to express how grateful I am to Rachael and team who we engaged to assist with both sale of existing property and purchase of our new home. Always tricky being in the middle of the chain and when it came close to exchange and completion the problems rolled in from all angles (to no fault of Gent Law) All I can say is you couldnt do better than have Rachael on side in those circumstances. She and the team rallied around and went the extra mile to help coordinate all involved to get us over the line in time. If you want to give yourself the best chance of completing on time I cant hesitate to recommend. Very grateful for at one stage being a family of 5 faced with all our stuff loaded on vans with nowhere to go, to a position of moving in by the skin of our teeth before mortgage expiry.
