        Never ever works, blames the customer when its clearly issues on their end. Whole blocks out at a time in an apartment building. Constantly something wrong that they claim they have fixed but it never actually gets fixed.

        Poor service. The Wi-Fi drops out constantly and even when it does connect the speeds are unbearably slow and then instantly drops out after a minute. They claim to fix things but in fact nothing changes or is made worse. Very un helpful and very slow. Even Ask4 is a better provider
