Would give 0 stars Please please stay away robbed me put in black box and then kept telling me I gone over speed limit then put price up lost out 500 pounds.they do this deliberately to get more money out of customers.

Initially frustrating to find the right department through all the automated call handling options but our issues getting hold of our proof of no claims were quickly resolved by Deborah.

Poor company to go with! Would rate it a 0 if I could, the customer service is so unreliable- expect to wait at least 30+ minutes to get through to someone if you can even get through to them. Change of address fee is ridiculous, cost me around 400 as Im a university student to change my address to keep my car at uni.

If I could rate it 0 I would, been with them for nearly a year now, had multiple incidents where my black box reported me as been in a accident, not only that but 439 for CHANGE OF ADRESS. Daylight Robery not only that but because I have 2 months left the wanted it paid in full. As if. Cost of living has gone up and they dont give two S**ts Only decent thing about this insurance company is the woman I talked to on the phone. Robbing to**ers
