Pressure selling (1 day only offer, giving us a blue light discount despite both of us confirming we don't work for the emergency services). Spent 3 hours in our house to apparently avoid being called to another job Apparently we had rising damp throughout, but getting 2 other assessments there was only one wall with rising damp. When I asked about the cooling off period, we were told we could cancel up until work started. Wasn't explained that we would lose our deposit. Contacted customer services. Told 'we've made our position clear, we look forward to hearing from your solicitor'. 600 down. Get someone chartered rather than just a salesman with a dodgy "damp meter" and avoid the hassle. Got the required work done for 1k less than they quoted so still up despite wasting 600 on these door to door salesmen with a promotion, we're still better off than getting them to do the work

What a pointless waste of time and energy, canceled 2 appointments with less than 24 hours notice, and one appointment 2 hours before they was suppose to arrive.

Excellent job, Harry and his team performed really well and they were very polite, clean and professional. All job has been clearly explained before and after, showing great commitment. I will definitely recommend.

Home Energy Save did a full house DPC, loft insulation and boarding, as well installing a new loft hatch and ladder. They were great. They sent a full team to do all the work in 3 days. They're were courteous, polite and did a smashing job without too much intrusion. They left the house clean and tidy afterwards. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
