I had a really good experience when buying a used car. Although Hannah had only recently started at Hyundai she was clearly very passionate about cars and very friendly. She was quick to respond on emails and phone calls and available for any questions. During the sale the manager helped Hannah with some of the paper work and I thought he was also very professional and friendly. The car was cleaned up very nicely and all the minor points I made were sorted when it went into the garage prior to purchase This Hyundai garage also has a good stock of cars compared to others which really helps when looking for a new car

From the first time we visited the showroom up until the day we went to pickup our new car the customer experience was nothing less than exceptional. Carol was amazing and dealt with all our questions professionally and very knowledgeable with no pressure at anytime. I would totally recommend anybody thinking of buying a new car to visit Holdcroft hyundai.
