Had a problem with the OS rear leg on our Frankia. Spoke to Ian who arranged for us to pop in last Friday. We arrived on Thursday afternoon and stayed there overnight, gate lock combinations, water, elsan and electric hookup supplied. A pub just over the road and a Chinese around the corner. Friday morning while we went for breakfast and a walk round, John replaced a faulty return valve and upgraded the new software, all done within a couple of hours. Couldn't have asked for a better service, excellent. Thank you again Ian and John.

Needed an an update to our MA-VE system for our app to work John said to pop in when passing did the update all sorted great service.

We have this on our 5.5 tonne elegence..without doubt one of the best things we have purchased..would not be without it now. We looked at E&P as an engineer I can see both systems are basically the same but one is 1000 more without any real benefit ...
