        Unfortunately, the estate isn't yet finished but I regret buying here with my husband and children. You can't enjoy sitting in your own garden without inhaling someone else's cannabis habit or putting up with yapping dogs. Steer well clear!!

        Been on this site as a tradesperson, personally wouldnt buy a house for Modwens, quality is awful and they couldnt organise a p*@# up in a brewery.
