        We've had multiple issues to do with our property and tried communicating several times with them- communication is poor between them and their contractors. On multiple occasions, we've not had sufficient communication on jobs that need to be sorted and leaving us in the dark. We've been messed around one too many times, which is unacceptable! They used to be fantastic, but we no longer feel this is the case. We understand they are trying their best, but there is room improvement.
