Just went for a cuppa to find a singer setting up so we stayed and had a lovely afternoon.

I have been with this housing association for over 11 years now and I have never had any issues, always responsive, quick to resolve until recently. Their choice of property maintenance company leaves a lot to be desired. They never turn up when you have taken time off work to accommodate attending your home, lie about attending, the list goes on. I have been without a working shower since Jan 2023. If I gave this level of customer service I would be out of a job!

My mum lives here in a lovely 2 bed apartment on the 2nd floor. She is 93 this year as such She needs a bit of help some times so carer's go to see her 3 times a day to make sure that she is OK. It also has a restaurant for main meals and a kiosk providing snacks hot and cold plus drinks hot and cold also they have games, hobbies and entertainment usually evenings some free and some with a small fee. So if you are thinking about living somewhere like this or you know someone who is, I can recommend this apartment home.

Visiting my mum who lives there, this was west end village a lovely place with lounge and restaurant for the use of both residents and visitors and loads of activities and shows infact you needn't go outside especially if the weather is bad. One down side is the car park for visitors it's only small and a sign at the entrance to it says this car park is for visitors only maximum stay of Two hours considering the people who live there it only has Three disabled parking spaces I have visited West End Village many times finding work vans large and small parking were ever there's a space including the disability parking bays mostly parking all day even at the entrance, all it needs is someone policing it and it could be used as its meant to be visitors only.
