        Be cautious doing business with this company: I placed an order and paid my money on 29th November, on 15th December I am still waiting for delivery, and find that they do not even have the goods I ordered - they are waiting for a delivery from the supplier. I had to make two phone calls to find this out, and their computer system seems "down" more often than not. Poor customer service, dreadful delivery times and a comprehnsive lack of communication.

        Brilliant. I sent them a 9 year old Wusthof knife (bought elsewhere) which I dropped and chipped the handle. I posted it on Tuesday and received a brand new replacement on Thursday. Superb service.
