Whenever I need to phone, it is answered. When I have queries, they get answered really quickly. I send emails..no surprise, I get a quick reply.
My mum loves seeing her cleaner, she has a right laugh! Moreover, the cleaner is proficient, professional and polite.

I walked them around the property and told them what I wanted, I was offered 2 hours weekly, its fair to assume this would reflect what I asked them to do. The first visit was for some deep cleaning I requested after we completed some renovation works. The second was due to be a general clean, Id requested a focus on the floors of every room as I have a young child. I came home to an unfinished kitchen and little else. I had to leave the house before the cleaner finished and I can only assume that was the ticket for them to rush and leave. When I returned to see very little done, I called and made enquiries and was told a myriad of excuses, you need to book more time, you need better equipment, you need to lower your expectations. Frankly, for 15 an hour Id expect some equipment to be provided. Ill admit my vacuum has seen better days, but it doesnt explain unswept floors, dirty worktops and cupboards .. and all that after 2 hours spent in the kitchen. When I told the manager I wouldnt continue with this arrangement, whos sole purpose he claims is to provide continuous help remember, he replied, Ok, thanks. Im scratching my head, wondering what his role really is and what Id pay the company overhead cost for.
