The Haywood Hospital

Waited 4 hours to be told they dont do examinations. I should have been told when I was triaged to go to an and e . as I needed to be examined by a doctor. Haywood used to be a good service but the last two times I have visited it has been awful.

Fantastic service. I took my friend because he had a deep cut that needed gluing and stitching and the nurses were friendly quick and efficient and a good laugh. Totally different hospital experience. And the service was fast. Very very clean aswell.

Excellent experience, the consultant (a Mr Scott) was informative and excellent in all aspects displaying, empathy, experience combined with excellent communication skills. He would be a bonus to any hospital

Brilliant care received from The Haywood Walk-in Centre earlier today. The staff were very pleasant, caring and thorough. Great team work and was sent home an hour later with my wound bandaged and complete with medication. Thank you

Visited twice in the past year, first with my daughter that they failed to pick up on server infection in her ear and the second my husband when he hurt his leg, 2 triage nurses stood around not knowing what was wrong, failed to X-ray it and sent him to a practitioner nurse that still failed to find the cause, gave him crutches and sent him on his way. Today we found it was broken!!! It felt like each time we have been here, the lack of care is appalling, the just dont seem to give a dam I will be avoiding this place in future.
