Five Town Surgery

Is anyone even reading this reviews, I'm really annoyed with the receptionist. Someone need to address them before employing them. They lack basic public relations.Treat people with respect please we all human beings. #Bekind#

Bad and poor service from the reception. they don't no the pain of patients, if we go to appointment stright way they will say 10days how paitent will leave without treatment? As well as They don't no proper respect how to deal with paitents. Please requesting to the government take a action on negligence people...beacuse of this people NHS name is going bad.

Appalling. Avoid like the plague, even if it is a doctors. Was told on Friday just gone that a referral letter was ready to collect. Come on Monday evening to collect and its not ready, was told with a terrible attitude that the doctor isnt back in until Wednesday and nothing could be done. Now an appointment is going to be delayed further thanks to the incompetence of Five Towns Surgery. Not the first time theyve been poor for me and the receptionists attitudes are always bad. This is the final straw, will be registering with a new GP tomorrow. Seriously, register somewhere else if you care about your health.

This surgery was really good when under Dr Abassi but since he's left the service and quality of GPs and receptionist has dropped massively. It's almost like they don't want to help you and show alot of attitude. I would give 0 stars if I could

Had an appointment at 8.40 didn't get seen buy 10.40 went home. Waste of time going here for help
