Well for a bit now I've been allocated another support worker. My previous review I left was of the experiences at that time after my previous worker Annie Campbell left, I was stuck in limbo. Then now for how ever many months I have been with Jenny Larkin-Healey who is an amazing,caring and extremely kind person. Her passion for the job is extremely exceptional , the mental issues and vulnerabilities I have has been comforted . A very valuable member of your team. Her ambition to learn more about individuals is allowing her to progress .her selfless nature is unmatched. Please take care of her and all your support workers, they are all legends

Barley anything gets done and if it does it takes too long I've had an issue with each property I have been in with concrete and you can barely get a reply to or barley any workers assign to u won't even answer the phone for days

I was in a very dark place a few months ago, when I say dark place I mean DARK PLACE, I'd never been so close to ending my life before, but I had my support worker Bridget, she not only helped me through but was my guardian angel. It was because of her that I now live independently in my flat, I have a full time job and I'm saving up for a motorcycle. So if you read this Bridget, I've got one thing to say to you.... THANK YOU you are a star.. oh and also, I've not been this happy in a long long time
