I placed an order with J and P Hats on March 2nd 2023. It is now 5 weeks later and I have received nothing and heard nothing from them other than the order acknowledgement. I have tried to contact them 6 times by phone, email, web form and Facebook, with no success.

I ordered a bamboo handmade fan. It didn't arrive but I believe the merchant tried his best to communicate the best way possible and even sent me a refund. It is a good service altogether. I guess you just need to inform them when the good hasn't arrived yet to give them a try to atleast work on it. :)

This company should be shut down. It is a complete scam. I waited 10 days after placing my order with 0 update, until I then finally contacted them asking what was going on. They replied saying 1 of my items is out of stock and should be with you today or tomorrow. Now any professional business would of contacted the customer immediately upon noticing an item is out of stock instead of making them wait over a week for the customer to contact them instead. Anyhow, another week has passed with nothing. I contact them again asking for an update and they respond basically saying the exact same thing. They said the item should be back in stock within the next couple of days, or I can have a refund for that item. I decided to wait hoping that they just made a mistake the first time round. A few days had passed with nothing, I speak to them once more and request the rest of my order to be sent out excluding the one item that is out of stock. They agreed to this and said they would send immediately. Over a week has gone by with no shipping confirmation, and also no parcel delivered again. It's now been nearly a whole month with nothing, except them holding onto my money and giving me false promises. No compensation at all has been offered, and they didn't even offer to refund my delivery charge that I paid at the very least. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company in all my life. I have demanded a full refund within the next 24 hours otherwise I will be taking this further.

Ordered a hat online 3 weeks ago. Order confirmed but no advice of shipping 10 days later. After contacting the shop, the seller did not respond until 3 days but finally admitted he had no stock and proposed a refund ... which I am still waiting for. Escalated this to PayPal hoping this would help. My advice would be to avoid ordering online for now. Update: I finally got the refund but it took a while. I increase my rating but won't order there any more, sorry.
