The social worker we were assigned was absolutely outstanding very respectful and understanding she was brilliant reassuring and a very positive experience social workers are often thought badly of but the worker i had named alice dooley she was a absolute rock and she was so supportive there arent words to describe what she did for us as a family

Oh dear, oh dear, these incompetent people are dealing with little children's lives, just take note, when dealing with these so called social services ( protection of children ) please contact a solicitor asap!! There are solicitors out there who provide legal aid assistance for vunrable genuine parents. I really don't know how the education system works these days? But whoever has given these idiots qualifications to make the decisions they do is totally behond me. We need to go back and look at baby p!! Whom never should be forgotten ( bless his little sole) these god dam idots in Stoke on Trent, need to be investigated before another sad sad occuance
