As a law abiding citizen who investigates the government departments crimes, wrongful actions and misconduct it's a shameful disgrace that many from the government departments get away with the wrong they do. I went to give my ID at the Smithfield Hanley job centre regarding a universal credit claim. There was an incident that happened there with the lady I had an appointment with. It was clear with the disturbing comments she made to cause me upset , alarm and distress since my son and I are victims of Antisocial behaviour of my neighbour tenant and the hints this lady gave that linked to the Antisocial behaviour incidents that my neighbour tenant caused, it was clear she deliberately targeted me knowing who I was and where I lived. When I reported her I knew at the end the department would cover up her wrongful actions anyway so I forgave her. But sometimes forgiving someone can cause your family more harm and damage I've experienced this to know this. The harassment the neighbour tenant caused my family affected my ill son and traumatised him. But not a single person from the government departments stopped this man from continuing to cause harassment, alarm and distress to my family. There isn't any humanity left in people anymore. God forgive. On the 15th of March at midnight til 16th of March early morning til 4am the tenant next door came home late with the same lady who works at the Smithfield job centre . They woke me up at midnight from my sleep with loud music on til 4am and both the tenant and the lady were swearing the f swear and using threatening abusive words and banging on my wall. The lady was encouraging the tenant to cause disturbance. My son had come out of hospital two days before because he couldn't breathe due to anxiety and wasn't well . All this disturbance caused by the neighbour and the lady affected my son's health I had to call the emergency ambulance service for support, but this lady and the tenant had no shame and continued on with the noise . It's worse when a swear comes out of a man's mouth let alone coming out of a woman's mouth is even worse. Some people are raised with no morals, no principles and no shame, and a person who has no shame is capable of anything even ruining innocent people's lives. If these are the kind of people they employ at the Smithfield job centre in Hanley then all I can say is that it's a shameful disgrace. God forgive. Just finding one person from the government department who is honest it's very difficult to find from what I've experienced. If anyone ever broke the laws or played around with the justice system it's no other than the government departments. Since they have a habit of telling us about the laws those same laws they themselves don't stick to. It's a shameful disgrace in our community that those dressed in law suits commit wrongful actions themselves freely while us members of the public have to face the consequences and pick up all the mess they create for us.
