        Horrible!! Honestly i don't even understand what's the point of having a GP if everytime somebody is unwell i have to call 111 or end up at a&e, this morning i called at exactly 8am, i recived a callback 40 minutes later telling me there's no appointment left so i asked what time do i have to call to ensure i get an appointment and they say at 8 o'clock well thanks that's exactly what i did!! They're just playing with us at this point, so disappointing!!

        The receptionist was the most lovely person and the nurse assistant was also lovely but the actual doctor was not very nice I was trying to explain the issue and I just felt spoken over and feeling the need to cry Update I have emailed and nothing said has helped the situation with how I was treated here
