Thankyou is not a big enough word to say to all the team. They are the most respectful, empathetic, caring people I have met. From when they collected my dad, the respect and compassion they shown him is beyond words. Sam is an amazing lady, such compassion, she helped us as a family every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble for her or the guys. I highly highly recommend Bettelleys to anyone, not only do they provide an absolute incredible service to you at a difficult time, you meet as strangers and end up feeling as friends. I can't put into words how proud they did my dad and us as a family. Thankyou so so much Sam and everyone at Bettelleys

We used Bettelleys for my mums funeral and they were very helpful, caring and compassionate. They organised the whole funeral, and many of the mourners commented on how beautiful the service was and how professional Bettelleys were. What can I say about Bettelley's. From the moment I called on the day of passing I knew that they were the right funeral directors to look after my Step father and us as a family. Sam and her team went above and beyond for us as a family. Nothing was ever too much of an ask. She made the whole experience easier for us which meant we were allowed to grieve. The support that we got as a family and the special/personal touches we received got us throw the tough time. We couldn't of asked for a better service. And what a funeral they made it for him. Fred would of been very proud
