The funeral directors Chris and Phil were very professional, they really took care of us, and made sure everything was as it should be.Their kindness we will never forget. We would recommend them to anyone, they helped us with all aspects of the funeral service, and their care and attention was second to none. They also contacted us the next day to make sure that we were ok. So we just want to say thanks very much for all the help they gave to us.

AVOID! They couldn't rush my dad's funeral quick enough. The guy who drive us back made it feel like we were an inconvenience for him. They recommended a minister who was so wrapped up in talking about Stoke football club, instead of listening to what she was being told, that on the day got my name completely wrong 4 times and said the wrong woman was the mother of the grand children. On top of everything else they do not want to do anything themselves. Including make a call to Aviva to get paid, even though that is what is procedure. APPALLING TO DEAL WITH.
