I can not thank Ben and the team at Simpson and Wilde enough. From the initial call through to the day of the service, Ben was on hand, making sure we understood every aspect of the day. I called the office on many occasions and and never once felt like it was a burden to them , always reassuring me. All the staff were very professional, patient and kind. I highly recommend Simpson and Wilde. Once again thank you for everything .

Dear Ben and staff at Simpson & Wilde. I would like to say on behalf of myself and my family a warm hearted thank you for all your help and support you gave us in the passing of my wonderful father Phil. From the beginning Ben was absolutely amazing with all aspects of communication. Ben collected my father from the home with such care and compassion. He then come around to my house and talked us through everything, keeping us informed and reassured during every stage. I was so impressed of how Ben goes out of his way, calling around the house even after work, helping navigate me through the preparations.This left me feeling stress free and at ease. Not at any point did I feel any type of 'business ' even though there were many things to deal with, the whole process was handled by Ben with great sensitivity. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Visiting the office and chapel of rest was another experience. I had been to visit many chapel of rests but this one was the best I have visited. It was very peaceful and tranquil. The room was very personalised to reflect the life of my father. At first I was so anxious about walking in. However when we were greeted by Ben and his wonderful member of staff the Cocker Spaniel Poppy all the anxiety disappeared and we were made to feel so relaxed especially with cuddles from Poppy. This is a company that fulfilled all my expectations and Ben takes great pride in the service he provides. I would like to say thank you to Ben, Poppy and all staff at Simpson & Wilde from the bottom of my heart.
