        Wasnt too busy and still waited along time for food. Staff heard shouting with 1 member manning 4 stations and stressed and several other members of staff mooching around- clearly avoiding work. Strangers bonded over the experience of Staffordshires worse McDonalds.

        Ordered food, waited over 2 hours for it to turn up stone cold. Ring the restaurant to be told to come and fetch a replacement as there is nothing else they can do and then the woman puts the phone down on me
