Don't think I've been to this McDonald's drive thru and not be asked to park up and wait for food. Wouldn't mind but you end up waiting 20 plus minutes, food orders wrong and always cold.

Ordered via mobile app. Took just 4 minutes for 4 meals to arrive. Teenagers taking up the dining area who had no food or drinks, youth club environment

Absolute shambles, most of the electronic order booths were out of order. Ended up ordering at the till. Much of the menu was unavailable, we waited over 20 minutes for food, whilst staff wandered around aimlessly, chatting to one another, not cleaning tables etc. Regardless of this being cheap fast food, it should still be edible. The chips were cold and rubbery, the coke as flat as a pancake. We had places to be, had we not waited so long, would have complained whilst there. As we walked out and the carnage continued inside, 3 staff, including the manager, just sat outside smoking !!!!!! Not a good example of McDonald's, regardless of them being franchised you are still representing the brand
