We contacted this company to cut 60 pieces for us, after sending all the 60 files in different formats, 1 by 1, all toguether etc etc to make sure nothing was missed we received a quote (as you can see on the image attached) that we agreed to, after a couple of weeks of waiting the parts were delivered and I quickly realised that there were parts missing, contact them again just to find out he has not quoted some of the parts because they don't fit his machine, but he never informed us of that and actuay said that by mistake comunicated that to another person not me. The quote was accepted on the basis of ''all counted'' we trully believe we were paying for all the 60 parts we have sent for quotation. Even worst when we realised and he also admited that even some of the parts that he could cut had not being shipped to us! He now wants us to pay even more for the parts he had not cutted and forgot to informed he couldn't after quoting and writting on the email ''all counted''. After some emails exchanged between us when we informed that we would be bringing things forward in order to solve this problem he is now telling us he will not even deliver the parts he has and/or cut the rest of the parts and we can find someone else! Absolutely un professional actitude blaiming us as customers for his mistakes and wanting us to pay for them! In reply to the reply left by the company. 1-The quote requested was for a full job of cutting 60 parts suplying the boards, the 60 files were sent to the company for quoting, the company answered with a quote that as it shows on the image attached the answer from the company was ''all counted it will be 7 boards'' when a so called professional company answers a quotation request saying ''all counted it will be seven boards'' you trust the person has checked all the files and carefully prepared a quote for the whole job, it is not the customers responsability to go over some dodgy green print screens withou ANY measurements whatsoever to check the comapnies job, the company has to be responsible to provide a quote as per customer request! 2- The company did not even deslivered all the parts that are shown on the dodgy green print screens, there are parts missing from that as well they have not delivered and have admited in writting, plus they have now said that because we are considering search for legal help they will not deliver them! 3- We never asked a quote for 7 boards, we emailed 60 files for quoting, the job was to quote the cutting and the wood/boards (as many as it takes to do the 60 parts) we never mentioned we wanted 7 boards, we never mentioned we would accept a partial job and the company also never mentioned they could only do part of the job, they answer to our quote request with the answer that can be seen on the image attached, which we agreed to because the answer, once again was ''All counted....'' It's not my responsability as customer to check if the company providing the service quoted it right. 4- It has been more than a month since the first communication, we have tried for 2 weeks to get this problem solved and we have spent hours checking piece by piece what the company has sent to us, because they didn't even kenw what they have cut and what they have not cut, just to find out that he didn't even delivered all the parts that could actualy fit on his manchine and instead they delivered a bunch of random off cuts that nothing have to do with the project! It's easier to blame the victim than to admit to their own mistake and solve the problem, instead they answer us back as if they were making us a favor! We have paid for this job in advance, in full, what was requested from the company!

This is now the second time that I have used CutNCut. The communication and service are excellent. The quality of the product is superb. I would definitely recommend
