        Absolutely disgusting company, a good liar needs a good memory and this they clearly don't have. Twice I tried to order a fire, never received and was fobbed off with the most ridiculous lies. Well I'm not letting this one go without a result

        What a rubbish company!!! They act like they are in China, (they have strong bonds already there) Customer Service absolute rubbish! Late replies, sending out broken and useless items. Scam company! Issued an official complain with Debenhams against this company! Just rubbish!

        If I could give 0 stars I would - for their appalling customer service. I bought an expensive Smeg kettle via Robert Dyas and the letters on the kettle fell off after 2 weeks of usage. One would expect to be immediately provided with a replacement however RKW is forcing me to send back the faulty kettle via a drop off point before providing me with a new one. Not only are their products faulty but they dont even arrange for collection or immediate replacement.
