    Shocking customer service and unfair terms and conditions!! Rang in Dec 2022 to book my daughter some driving lessons as a treat. I was told by the advisor I could get a refund within the 6 months if I needed to cancel. I rang recently and asked to get the money refunded (300) as my daughters circumstances have changed, moving to a new home, work hours etc. Rang and spoke to an advisor that told me I have to ring up a week before it expires to get a refund!! So need to wait two months for my money. I said I wasn't told this on the phone. I asked to speak to a manager but none were available (what are the chances eh) I rang again yesterday waited about 20 mins for someone to answer. I explained the situation again and she said she would get a manager to call me after she'd finished a call. An hour later no phone call so I rang back and was on hold for 30 mins then the phone cut off, rang back again and after 25 mins the phone cut off!! Rang back AGAIN and chose option 1 which I was told I would need to ring the other option. I explained I am wanting a refund and need speak to a manager. Again was told someone would ring me. No one did but this morning around 8am got a call from a manager who kept saying "I understand your frustration" blar blar. I asked her will I get my money refunded today and she said "I will need to listen to the original phone call you made in December to see if the advisor told you the Terms and conditions" I told her I felt it was unfair to treat customers like liars and criminals for simply asking for a refund. I also said a week before the expiry date anything could happen that could prevent me calling the company and then the company can keep my money!! It's disgusting!! Why should this company hold my money hostage until THEY release it!! Never again will I book with this company!! Beware if you book with these and be aware you WON'T get your money back until a week before the expiry so if you need to cancel it say 4 months prior to the expiry date they will hold your money!! It's a great way to make money out of you.

    Had a driving instructor Thomas Hallam working at bill plant and passmefast. Had delays, excuses and very poor communication even ignoring me a few times, even when my exam was the next day. I've had messaged this instructor several times on lessons and being ignored, to find him online on whatsapp. He failed to respond to my messages and wasn't until I pointed out how unprofessional he was being, he tells me (around 8pm the night before the test) that he is unable to take the test due to something happening 6 days ago which is enough time to let me know (again was always online on whatsapp clearly had his phone) so I can change my test date. I've lost 62 now which is alot in my circumstances. Make sure you're aware of your instructor.

    What a shocking driving school!!!. I gave way this afternoon so another learner with a different school of motoring could do a 3 point turn out of respect. And this man with no learner in the car went around the outside of me!!!. Obviously not observant and no signals either. I hope he doesn't teach his learners to drive in this manner!!! Disgraceful

    A rude, verbally abusive little man. Needs to find himself another job, instead of trying to intimidate other road users. completely unprofessional. Looking at the reviews, he's done this several times. Shouting and swearing at me out of his car window, while making obscene hand gestures.
