    The driving instructor didnt listen to anything I told him. He was an elderly man atleast in his 80s easy, I found him to be rude to the point where I nearly got out of his car 15 minutes into the lesson. He was showing me with a piece of paper, What is a 45 angle was to my response was I am well aware of what a 45 angle is, his response was Listen You have paid me to do a job and I am doing my job okay I called the office and explain this to the lady on the phone, & said I really dont want this driver again. Her response to me was weve never had any complaints about him before ( I find that very hard to believe) I explained that I had previous lessons. Ive passed my theory test & I just needed lessons on reversing parking only as thats what I failed my practical test on. Giving me times that I clearly said I couldnt do as its school run times. They didnt care too much about this. In my experience, this has been a total waste of money and I really do believe people shouldnt do business like this if they want to succeed. He was very short with me and made me feel like rubbish he also discouraged me and said nobody ever passes. There is a 37% chance that you will pass your test and that percentage is lowering. Not really what you want to hear when you are trying to pass test.

    Pathetic service, very rude people. My instructor Paul was a terrible, racist person. He made me wear a mask forcefully through most of the driving lessons (even after telling him repeatedly that it blurred my glasses), whereas even NHS now cannot enforce this rule. His own mask would always be down his nose though. He usually turned up late for the lessons but insisted that I pay him the full amount even if the lesson was cut down by 20-30 minutes. On top of it, he taught me nothing worth learning. Even after taking 10 lessons he never even once taught me forward and reverse bay parking, or turning right at junctions. He would just go on teaching the same manoeuvres again and again, even though I knew them well enough. Also, it is only now I got to know that the manoeuvres he was teaching are no longer even required. On top of it, he would spend 20-30 minutes in talking rubbish, making me stop the car and just go on and on with the details of how to drive, in an attempt to kill time. I understand that all instructors stop and teach you stuff through images and illustrations, but this guy would overdo it, just to prolong whatever he was teaching me. Pathetic centre and definitely do not recommend them. Please do not waste your time and money with them.

    I had my second driving lesson with my driving instructor Tony from Superb Driver Training Ltd, I left the lesson in tears and walked home the remainder of the way home. Tony is 75ish I think, he randomly kept coming out with horrible insults because I am a female, numerous of times he pointed out that I couldn't do something because I'm a female and he shouted at me when doing something wrong. It was my second lesson and only had 1 hour each time with him, he made me to reverse parking and shouted at me the whole time I was trying to do it and then told me that I was going to fail my practical at least 4-5 times because I'm a female, he also said my steering is bad because I'm a female and also my breaking isn't smooth enough and that's because I'm a female... On top of that, they're robbing me! Saying I needed to book 4 hours and pay for that which is 175 odd ontop of the 62
