        Why have you got ring for appointment at 11.00am to been on phone for 45mins or more to be told no appointments left.My employer is not happy for me to be on a phone for 45mins in works time .He say's do it on my own time on my breaks which are 9.00am so can not ring then or at 12.30 if I ring then appointments have all gone.so its looks like I will never see a doctor again at this practice.I complain about this when I finished work was told it's the practice policy and she could do nothing about it.Go on line to book it doesn't matter what time you try to book on it comes up no appointments available today .Who has come up with this policy LIZ TRUSS
