        I have been with this surgery for over 20 years, never had a problem. Reception staff have always been very helpful and polite.

        I've tried ringing this surgery but very rarely do I get through to receive any assistance. You just get boring music with no idea how long you will be in a queue. It's pathetic when all you want is to request a medication review for a 94 year old woman who needs some help.
