Longton Hall Surgery

Receptionists have always been friendly and supportive and I have felt listened to and any issues acknowledged by both reception and doctors on every visit.

I've just dropped my registration documents off with the receptionist at the surgery and she was lovely. Really friendly and helpful. First impressions are excellent.

Today dated 16th March'23 I was given emergency GP surgery appointment @ 19:45 pm by my GP receptionist of Trentham Mews medical centre. How awful is that upon my arrival this surgery was closed. I waited for another 15 minutes and no body show up. It's shameful when someone who used private cab hire to reach this place on emergency and all the doors of surgery was locked. I'm extremely Disappointed and disheartened

I rang my GP surgery to book an appointment but was to late so the receptionist booked a emergency booking at longton hall surgery at 6.45pm the receptionist was lovely when I got there she explained that the doctor seeing me was running late which I was fine about simply because I was happy to have a appointment. As appointments are hard to come by most of the time .The GP I saw.... I'm sorry but didn't catch his name I wish I had was lovely he was happy to see me made me feel comfortable very friendly and reassured me explaining everything to me made sure I understood everything he was explaining to me. He was friendly also very funny at the same time he made me smile even though I was feeling unwell he prescribed me a prescription which I am thankful for as I am now feeling alot better if I was ever to change surgeries I would be happy to change to this one very friendly and helpful thank you
