        Pleased with the doctors, receptionists and other staff, just a shame there is nearly 3 minutes of messages before you are in the queue when you phone.

        Having being a patient here for many years, I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. Carol is always on hand with any queries or concerns I have, whether it be about myself or my little girl. We recently had an appointment with nurse Sam, and considering my little girl screamed the building down because she didnt want her temperature taken, Sam dealt with her like a champ and never made me feel like a paranoid mum like I thought I would be judged of being. In a whole, a lovely, friendly team that are always happy to help and go that extra mile to ensure your concerns are heard.
