        I have telephoned the practice on two occasions over the last week and the telephone was answered promptly both times by Sandra. My enquiry and appointment request was dealt with in a kindly, helpful and efficient manner.

        I swear this surgery gets worse by the day. One of the receptionists acts like she's the queen of the surgery and has power whether you live or die, I could get in touch with the pope easier than I can get intouch with the surgery and I'm not 100% convinced Dr's still work there because you never get to see them. This surgery needs a Christmas miracle!! Nothing else can save it!!
