Furlong Medical Centre

I dont know how a doctors can be so difficult, everytime I ring up and want to be seen theyre always fully booked, I ring up one morning and then they tell me to call the next morning and do the same but I get the same response the next morning, how am I supposed to be seen? And when youre waiting for 30 minutes in a call queue, shows you need more people in the call centre, other places would have sorted this by now. I just feel like the place doesnt actual care about my needs at all.

The reception staff are not friendly, and the reception is often crowded in the morning, and the reason is that the staff is slow, and most of the time there is only one person working in the reception, and that affects the time of the reviewer. Sometimes it takes more than half an hour until you can reach the receptionist

Absolutely ridiculous tried registering my partner the lady at the desk told fill in the form and bring 1 proof of id so I came 15 min later to give it in and there was another lady there telling me I need 2 proof of id so I went back and got it when I went to hand it in she told me I cant register my partner and he would have to come in wasted my time for no reason they could of told me the first time I went there that he would have to come in him self ridiculous
