I attended this lovely, little surgery today for the first time. As part of the Loomer Medical group, I normally go to Haymarket Health Centre ( which I have no complaints about at all ) I was worried going to a new place, but I shouldnt have been. Face masks and hand sanitiser is available before you are allowed into the waiting room, where social distancing is prompted. The waiting room, was full of different information and leaflets if you wanted to take home with you. I was called in by the gentleman I was to have my appointment with. Full PPE was worn. Lovely gentlemen who, although I was nervous made me feel at ease and explained everything he was going to do to check what was wrong with me. He explained I would receive some exercises via text messages, which he sent over quickly. Medication needed to be checked with his colleague, which he obviously did, as another text message came through letting me know he had sent a prescription to the pharmacy I use. After being awake most of the night, worrying about going to a new place I hadnt been too, and what I would be made to do, which would leave me in more pain. I shouldnt have worried. A lovely, well ran surgery and even lovier member of staff. Thank you :)

Brilliant staff. Supportive. Couldn't be more helpful with my illness over the past few months.
