        If I could I would to give 0 stars, absolutely useless, not acceptable!!! My son was 7th in the queue and he couldn't get thru, he was waiting over 2 h for connection with reception!!! Absolutely disgusting

        Admin service is extremely poor. It's often you have to hold for more than 40 mins when ringing up for an appointment. I held on for 1 hour 20mins being the second in the queue today and gave up eventually. It is terribly inconvenient for people who go to work. The website doesn't have an email address for feedback. The complaint form on the site is not downloadable. The doctors are good but the admin practice desperately needs improving.

        Absolutely shocking practice. Never and I mean ever will you get to see a dr. The reception staff are rude beyond belief. Do not consider joining this practice it will be the worst decision you could possibly make!!!!!

        The receptionists are really rude, I rang to try and get and appointment and was told "as a patient at the doctor's I should know that I wouldn't have got an appointment at this time and needed to ring back tomorrow".
