        I have been a patient at this Surgery for many yesrs&they services provided are excellent.The reception staff are always so kind&helpful,the nurses so patient&understanding &The GPs are all exceptional.I could not wish for a better service.

        My husband & I have been with orchard surgery for the past 30 years . Dr Guindy is an excellent GP, so professional & always welcomes you with a smile. Never had a problem with reception staff , they have always tried to help with appointments with a pleasant & helpful manner.

        The receptionists are inept and rude, the same is true for a couple of the gp's. If you can, go somewhere else.

        Without doubt the WORST practice I have ever encountered! Receptionist staff trained at the usual charm school and strange how any good and sympathetic GP's don't stay there long (usually women).........leaving us with the robotic dross

        The receptionists are rude and unhelpful. If you don't like helping people or talking to them I'd recommend a different profession
