        First time using PalletOnline and was worried about both collection and delivery, but I neednt have been ! Easy to book online and kept up to date at every stage of the process. No issues at collection, I paid extra 25 for both a pallet and for the driver to put item (electric wheelchair) on the pallet and wrapped it at the depot. Then delivery was a couple of days later, simply lowering the pallet from the lorry and placing it at the side of the road. I would definitely use PalletOnline again.
