First time visiting today. Absolutely fantastic experience from the receptionist Laura, dentist Henry and dental nurse (I didnt catch her name unfortunately!). They were all very professional, approachable and friendly. They were able to give me helpful advice and talked me through every step of my consultation. Couldnt recommend enough! Thank you for such a positive experience!

To charged 100 pound for Orthodontics consultation on Tuesday , I have to go twice the next day for x ray , thats all fine. But I just want to know the treatment plan and fees, which I have to wait a couple of days due to dentist absent , today is Saturday the result should be get next week, I m very disappointed for them , just one day work for the whole week which I need to pay 100 pound ? reception staff are very friendly the one star just for them, but I think dentist are too busy which there is no time to care new patients.

Friendly service as soon as you walk through the door. The surgeries have been refurbished and are light and not clinical. The dentists are very professional, explain your treatment and put you at easy. All in all 5 star dental treatment in the heart of Stoke.

Lovely dental practice, been a patient for years, since Modwena have taken it over the surgery, it is fantastic state of the art dental practice, everything is modernised and now they are computerised such a big improvement, I saw Henry today he is such a caring dentist and puts you at ease, my husband & son are both new patients, they see Edward who is equally as caring, the girls are so nice, it's such a friendly place to go, well done to all the team
