Absolutely impossible to get an answer from the so called helpline. Tried three times this morning and everytime I get put on hold for twenty minutes then cut off?

Most pleasant dental extraction ever! The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. And the 2 ladies in the surgery were just as lovely. They all made me feel welcome and at ease. An absolute credit to the NHS. I waited 1 hour on the phone to get an appointment and half an hour in the waiting room, but I don't mind because I'm pain free now thanks to these lovely ladies and their service. If only more people were this nice.

Yes! They're busy, yes its a bit of a job to get through on the phone. BUT the service is 2nd to none. The staff here are doing the best they can given the high demand for NHS dentists. I suffer with anxiety especially when it comes to visiting the dentist. The women made me feel so comfortable and at ease. By far the least terrifying visit I've had to the dentist!

The queueing system is really really bad and pathetic, I feel like the staff arent doing their job right.The HR needs to review this, its really bad and embarrassing, people who are willing to do their job right should be hired not lazy ones.
