I had an emergency appointment today for tooth extraction, the dentist and the nurse were lovely and friendly and the nurse very calming, I hadnt been to a dentist since my one got struck off so I was aware that my teeth are not in the greatest condition but the dentist never judged, she explained to me moving forward what will need be done, my tooth was removed and information on aftercare was excellent, I have had an enormous fear of dentist but the problem out weighed the fear, this is a lovely dentist and so grateful for what the did in ending my pain

I hate the dentist, but my visit to the practice was fantastic from beginning to end, mr Osman really put me at ease, explained everything he was doing as we progressed. Extracted a humungous tooth, with a little effort lol. Many thanks to all the staff, for making me feel comfortable.

Dr. Mo - where to start from...careless, neglect, incompetent and dangerous dentist. He even didn't introduce himself. I found his name on the emails after 3rd or so appointment. The treatments I've (and not) received from him: I needed tartar cleaning but he hasn't done it even at the check up. After reminding him several times he told me to buy a water flosser and clean it myself!!? After spending money for water flosser I found it can't clean the tartar. Wrong advice! He confirmed that I would need 4 fillings which are all covered by NHS band 2 but he done only 2. Probably for me to pay double for the rest 2. One of them on the bottom with ugly gray filling as he said whites are only on private and are more expensive. He left too big gap between the teeth and food get stuck there and causing me troubles since then. After fitting the 2nd one I've had unbearable pain and swelling there for days and had to go on an emergency appointment. Other dentist said I need a replacement for another fillings that been smashed and he decided to leave for later on. I hinted that I'm not very happy with him but been told I have to stick with him in that clinic. At the last appointment he looked onto them and I've seen in his eyes ''Yes, that needs to be done but I'm too lazy or it's too difficult job for me to do it''. As an excuse he's done another cosmetic filling that actually I don't needed and told me that it's all done and he will see me in 9(!) months. Of course, I decided I don't wanna see him anymore in no circumstances but it's impossible to find another dentist nowadays and change the practice unless you go to very expensive private dentists, ain't it? As a result the tooth has cracked, filling got broken and the tooth had to be extracted and this causing me much more troubles now as he hasn't done the job he should when it was needed. I would not recommend to anyone this dangerous and neglect dentist.
