I booked in for a root canal and they carried out an excellent job with my back bottom tooth. I have had my local nhs dentist cause me some pain and felt like the where rough with work they have carried out on me. But here the work that was done was pain free and comfortable. The communication from here was good to. I would recommend this place for treatment and i will come back here for any other work. The price also is about average that i was charged. Many thanks guys for the treatment.

If you go here because you think the most expensive in town is the best, that is not the case. I have never left a bad review but am making an exception here as a formal complaint did not receive a satisfactory answer or a refund. Dentist seemed less concerned in providing appropriate treatment to creating opportunities for profit and my medical records, when requested even discussed, in detail, treatment I hadn't received (but they hoped I might have) with all the confirmation of my consent for this!

Nigel the practice owner booked my appointment for me 6 months in advance. I queried this at the time saying I wouldn't know that far in advance if I could attend due to work commitments. His response was that its only a placeholder date as a reminder and we would reschedule at the time if needed. I accepted this and now after being sent the reminder about my appointment I rang immediately to reschedule as I could see this clashed with work. I was greeted with a very rude and abrupt response saying that I couldn't have appointment for another 6 months but he also said that there would be no point as I would only ring at the time to cancel again as I don't know my working schedule that far in advance. So now I'm left with no appointment at all and a bad taste in my mouth (pardon the pun) with this practice, having a pleasant manner and a bit of understanding goes a long way.
