        Had an email saying they had got my parcel had a tracking number that doesnt exist my parcel still no where to be found from a week ago and no answer when I contacted them

        Was only 6 minutes away to collect the items has they was too big to leave at my safe place

        Wasnt going to be home for the delivery and they dont allow you to assign a safe place to leave it, so booked collection from the depot, only to get there and be told it had been sent for another delivery attempt because someone has coded it wrong! They couldnt tell me when they would try redelivery because they didnt even know what van it was on.

        Wouldn't want to ever have anything to do with these guys. Have been expecting 2 tyres. Van driver came, knocked on the door then jumped back in the van and drove off without even leaving a note. I know it was raining but at least he should have left a card or note. I have complained to Oponeo tyres where I bought the tyres from. Completely disappointed!!!!!
